How do I clean and store my ZShellz bags?

To clean your ZShellz bags simply use a small amount of dish soap and cold water and a soft cloth to gently rinse, lather and wipe the interior and exterior of the bag.

Next, rinse the bag inside and out with clean water and dry with a clean microfiber or paper towel.

Keep unzipped, hung upside down for 48 hours or until the product is dry.

When storing, keep away from sources of heat and sunlight.

DO NOT fold the bags especially at the zippers as it can potentially damage the zippers and affect the function. To avoid any harm to pets or little ones by accident we recommend to never leave any bags or other ZShellz products unattended with any pets or small children to avoid potential choking or suffocation hazards.

Are ZShellz bags waterproof?

Almost all of our products using IPX7 zippers except select models and support being submerged up to 1m for 30 minutes. It is imperative that zipper care instructions are followed and there is no damage or debris in the zippers that could cause a poor seal and allow water inside.

Before each use, we recommend to check the integrity of the zipper and apply a zipper wax or lubricant to promote smoother operation and zipper longevity.
